Studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig, specializing in mechatronics, diploma in 2012.
Studied law at the University of Würzburg, Legal Clerkship/Attorney at Law training at the Palatine Higher Regional Court in Zweibrücken, LL. M. at the CUPL in Beijing (中国政法大学), awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) after being nominated by BayCHINA.
Scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for the post graduate program “Language und professional training in China” in 2013/14.
Practical technical professional experience in research and development as well as in quality management for automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers, furthermore in the fields of robotics, drive and control technology as well as in the field of system modelling and simulation.
Professional experience in the field of intellectual property law in patent departments of international corporations and in law firms since 2012, with ULLRICH & NAUMANN since 2018.
Appointed by the Chinese National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) to be an Advisory Expert for the National Advisory Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes (国家海外知识产权纠纷应对指导中心) in 2019.
Separately admitted as a legal service provider on the basis of special expertise in foreign intellectual property law of the P.R. China in 2020.
